Prima d’incominciare a raccontarvi la nuova storia, (una delle tante) finora narrate, vorrei chiedervi scusa per sabato 3 gennaio 2009 per non aver potuto postare il nuovo episodio, “Natale per un giorno”, infatti questa storia che pubbliachiamo oggi doveva essere preparata e inserita ieri nell Blog. Purtroppo ho dovuto rinunziarvi perché mi hanno chiesto di far precedere un appello urgente di una storia abbastanza triste di una bimba affetta da una grave malattia invalidante, la (Encefalo Mielite acuta disseminata), questa la triste diagnosi che ha stravolto la vita della bambina e dell’intera famiglia, ma una piccola speranza, che arriva dalla Florida, negli (Usa), dove un dottore attraverso speciali terapie e cure potrebbe lentamente aiutarla a recuperare funzionalità perse e raggiungere un buon miglioramento, tiene accese le speranze di parenti ed amici. I DONI DEI “TRE RE MAGI”
Per quel che riguarda I Re Magi, la storia ci racconta che erano tre fratelli. Il primo chiamato Melkon, re dei Persiani, il secondo Gaspar, re degli Indi, e il terza Balthasar, re degli Arabi. Melchiorre (in italiano), è uno dei tre Re Magi, che, secondo la tradizione cristiana tratta dai Vangeli apocrifi, portò in dono a Gesù Bambino la mirra, gaspare altro personaggio biblico, che attraverso la traduzione latina Gaspar o Gasparus portò in regalo l’ncenso, che oggi si usa accenderlo in onere di feste solenni e di commemorazione, e il suo nome deriva dall’antico iranico Gathaspar, derivato a sua volta dall’antica forma Windafarmah, significante “splendente”. e che sarebbe stato un maharaja indiano. L’ultimo Re che fece omaggio a Gesù facendo dono prezioso dell’oro fu Baldassarre, il suo nome deriva dall’assiro balats e usur; significa “Dio protegge la sua vita”. Infatti, quando l’Angelo del Signore annunciò alla Santa Vergine Maria che ella stava per diventare madre di Gesù, nello stesso tempo annunciò in sogno ai Re Magi di recarsi ad adorare il Neonato. Essi pertanto, messisi d’accordo in precedenza si riunirono in uno luogo, e la stella, precedendoli avrebbe segnalato, fino alla città di Gerusalemme, dove, poi avrebbe indicato il luogo esatto della grotta o della capanna dove giaceva in una mangiatoia il Santo Bambino. Nei Vangeli solo Matteo parla di questi personaggi presepiali venuti da molto lontano, da Oriente dove nasce il sole, per rendere omaggio al Re dei Re. Matteo non specifiva e non indica i loro nomi e chi fossero in realtà, e racconta: Varcato l’antro della grotta o della capanna, videro il Bambino sorridente in braccio a sua madre , Maria, e caduti in ginocchio, si prostarono dinanzi a lui, ed aperti i loro tesori, gli offrirono in dono oro, incenso e mirra, così come ci viena tramandata dai Santi Vangeli. Il titolo di “Re Magi” deriva dall’antica Persia preislamica, la religione del mazdeismo che seguiva i precetti di Zoroastro, una specie di setta sacerdotale chiamati appunto Magi. Quando i Magi vennero in contatto con i Caldei, i sacerdoti babilonesi dediti allo studio degli astri, il termine che ne derivò sul sinonimo di questo nome, trasformandolo in astrologia o astrologo, per poi assumere nel corso dei tempi, un significato ben preciso, in nome di mago o indovino, da non confondere con i falsi maghi di oggi che propinano filtri e porcherie varie. La loro dottrina era racchiusa in un libro sacro dell’Avesta, in cui si parlava anche delle profezie bibbliche e dell’attesa di “Soccorritore” o di una venuta di un’ uomo Santo venuto dai cieli, per appunto aiutare e riscattare tutta l’umanità dal peccato commesso dagli uomini sulla terra. Il significato della parola Magi è palese: e di essere appunto i testimoni e il riconoscimento della divinità di Gesù. Un’altra testimonianza c’è lo racconta Marco Polo nei libro dei suoi racconti il “Milione” dicendo di aver visto durante il lungo viaggio in Cina, le loro tombe in Persia, e le loro relique oggi sono conservate dopo molteplici attraversamenti in tutta Europa, conservate e custodite gelosamente nel Duomo di Colonia.
